Create an Installation
Follow these steps to create a new installation. Choose your platform:
- Mobile App
- Web Portal
- Open the app and sign in.
- Navigate to Installations and tap New Installation.
- Enter a Name and Location (required).
- Location can be set via GPS or entered manually (uses Place Autocomplete).
- Save. The new installation becomes active automatically and appears in your list.
- Sign in to the Portal.
- Go to Installations → Create.
- Provide a Name and Location (required). Use address entry; autocomplete may assist.
- Save. Use advanced options for access and metadata if available.
Expected Result
- A new installation appears in your list and is selectable as active context.
Troubleshooting
- If creation fails, confirm network connectivity and your account permissions.
- Ensure location permissions are granted when using GPS on mobile.
