Getting Started​

Step 1: Create Your Account​

Start by creating a TWIST account on the mobile app or web portal. You'll need:

Step 2: Create or Join an Installation​

An installation represents your complete TWIST system at a specific location. You can:

  • Create a new installation if you're setting up TWIST for the first time
  • Join an existing installation by scanning a QR code on a device

Add products to your installation using:

  • Online Mode (Discovery): Gateway discovers nearby powered devices
  • Offline Mode (QR Scan): Pre-provision devices by scanning QR codes
