Initiates or restarts the product programming process

/installations/V1/installations/:installationKey/products/:productKey/start-programming-process

Triggers the programming process for a specific product within an installation. This endpoint is particularly useful for restarting a previously failed programming operation. The system will attempt to reprogram all associated devices according to the product configuration. The programming process runs asynchronously, and clients should monitor the product status for completion or failure notifications.
